Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy: this will put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payments. Our system is protected by high level security software, so the details you give us will only be accessible by us, and the details you give us will NEVER be passed on to anyone else. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
We also accept cheques drawn on UK sterling banks and sterling bank drafts.
If paying by bank draft or cheque do not forget to include in the total the postage fee for your area. If you are in doubt about postal costs just email us and we will calculate the exact amount for you. We reserve the right to hold orders until all postal charges have been paid. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post.
Cash payments should only be sent by special delivery and enclosed in official postal service envelopes. We do NOT advise sending cash, and will only accept sterling, euros and US dollars. Don't forget the postage charges.
Postal charges: We charge you the postage on deliveries at cost and there are no taxes applied to postage charges within or from the United Kingdom. There is in addition a small charge for packaging and handling.
Delivery Schedule We will deliver your books as soon as possible. We will normally send your order in seven business days or less. International orders will always be sent by air mail unless you instruct us otherwise.
Orders through our website will be acknowledged by email, and despatch will also be confirmed by email.
Trade terms: All books remain the property of MLRS Books until they are paid for (including postal charges included on the invoice).

Returns Policy Returns are only accepted if the book sent is not what was ordered. All returned books must be in the same condition as when sent; damaged or marked books will not be accepted. All return requests must be notified by email or standard mail to MLRS within 28 days of consignment from MRLS.
